This was a very interesting installation - the photos around the top show a market scene. Inside the tent we noticed sand, a wheelbarrow, onions and coal... we realised that all these things could be seen on the photos if you observed closely.
We liked the black and white photos and all the writing used to make the faces was amazing!
We talked about the way the boards lined up and that it was done on purpose - planned, and not an accident!
Some of the boys liked this painting the best - it reminded them of things from their own countries.
Jun said it reminded him of Kilimanjairo.
Dhyan liked the life like sculptures the best!
I think this was mine and Hiba's favourite!
Maybe you can't see it here, but this picture is made from tiny text.
Mohammed and Arvid thought this was a bit scary! The artist was trying to show someone feeling frustration!
We finished our very busy morning with Fatur in the cafeteria and we discovered that there was another art exhibition by the Juniors! - WE LOVE ART!
